Terms and Conditions General Information This program SaharaMax Business Grant is administered by Saharamax Communications LLC . Participation in this Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an application and paying the required application fee, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Program Description The Program provides applicants with the opportunity to be considered for non-dilutive business support funding ("Discretionary Funding") of up to $5,000. The Discretionary Funding is intended to support business development and operational needs. Eligibility Applicants must: - Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; - Be a legal resident or entity of the United States; - Operate an existing business or be in the process of forming one; and - Submit truthful and complete information as requested in the application form. Saharamax reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any applicant who provides false or misleading information. Application Fee A non-refundable application processing fee of ten U.S. dollars ($10.00) is required for all submissions. This fee supports administrative, evaluative, and operational aspects of the Program. Selection Process Applications will be reviewed based on business viability, clarity of use-of-funds, potential for community or economic impact, and overall readiness. Saharamax retains full discretion in evaluating and selecting
applicants. No guarantees are made or implied regarding the disbursement of any funds. This Program is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or game of chance and should not be construed or promoted as such. Discretionary Funding is issued based on merit and suitability, not by random selection. Notification and Disbursement Selected applicants will be contacted using the contact information provided in the application. Saharamax is under no obligation to publicly disclose recipients. No specific disbursement timeline is guaranteed. Use of Funds Funds, if issued, must be used solely for business purposes including, but not limited to, marketing, inventory, technology, licensing, formation, or related operational needs. Recipients may be asked to provide a report or summary of fund usage within a specified period. Publicity and Release By applying, you grant Saharamax the right to use your name, business name, testimonial, and submitted materials in connection with Program promotions, announcements, and case studies, unless otherwise requested in writing. Disclaimer Saharamax makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome, availability, or continuity of the Program. Saharamax shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from participation or failure to receive funding. Saharamax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate
courts located within Clark County, Nevada.
